I was inspired by the shamrock, the yummy-looking cake, and the different shades of green. Here's my creation:

I added glitter to the shamrock and the polka dots on the cupcake! It's soooo shimmery in person! And I just LOVE the font of the sentiment and how the apostrophe is a teeny shamrock! CA-UTE!!!!
