Hi there! Popping in today to share some winter tags I made to decorate two welcome baskets for new neighbors in our mountainhood. I'm also entering this into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes.

I backed each tag with a second tag cut from white cardstock, so I could write a little message on there.

I had so much fun making these tags, and I'm really excited about how they turned out! I hope you like them too!

Here's a closer look:

Create Together With Marcie Sharp

In October I had the pleasure of meeting the ultra talented and super sweet Marcie Sharp at a stamping retreat. Let me tell you...she is fabulous! Well, Marcie invited me to participate in her "Create Together" series, so today we're both sharing projects we created using some fantastic Concord & 9th products we received as gifts at the retreat (THANK YOU, Concord & 9th!!!).

Here's my card featuring the O Christmas Tree Stamp Set:

I absolutely LOVE those happy little trees and the gorgeous fonts in the sentiment! I stamped the images in black onto red cardstock and then added the snowy details with a white gel pen. I was inspired by this Starbucks cup:

Here's another look at the card:

I had so much fun making this card and taking part in Marcie's "Create Together" series (THANKS, Marcie!)! Be sure to hop on over to Marcie's blog to see what she made. I'm sure it's awesome!

Alpaca My Sweater

Hello there! Today I'm sharing a fun and cute holiday tag. This one was inspired by Chari's tag from Day 15 of the "25 Days of Christmas Tags" series. Click HERE to see Chari's adorable tag.

And here's my creation:

I absolutely ADORE the mini Winter Alpaca stamp set from Lawn Fawn! Isn't that alpaca totally cute?!?! And I thought the cable knit embossing and holiday plaid papers would make for an extra fun backdrop.

I tied two of the scalloped circle tags together so I could use the one underneath for a message. Here's a look:

Fun, right?!?! I definitely need to make some additional cards and tags with this's just too adorable!

Merry Christmas

I've been creating a lot more holiday tags this year thanks to Tracey's fabulous "25 Days of Christmas Tags" series! Today I'm sharing one that was inspired by Heather Hoffman's tag on Day 13 (HERE).

I love those happy little trees from Lawn Fawn and the wooden stars are actually from a Halloween set of wood veneers that have been sitting in my craft room for about two years now (yikes). Big thanks to Heather for inspiring me to finally put them to use!

I edged the snow bank with clear glitter (a nice touch of sparkle in person). And I made the tab at the top by cutting a piece of green cardstock to 3/4" x 2", scoring it at 1", folding it over, and punching a hole at the 3/8" x 3/8" mark. I like the finished look it gives the tag.

Thanks for visiting today!

Hope you're enjoying your weekend!

Stamps: Let It Snow (Lawn Fawn)
Ink: Walnut (Lawn Fawn), Pistachio Memento (Tsukineko), Gumdrop Green (My Favorite Things)

Glitter Pen: Clear Wink Of Stella (Zig)
Embellishments: stars from Halloween Wood Veneers (Jillibean Soup)
Fibers: Jute Rope (Canvas Corp)

Wine Bottle Tag

Popping in today to share a wine bottle tag I made for the upcoming holiday season. It was inspired by Tracey's black and gold tag from Day 4 of her 25 Days of Christmas Tags series. You can see Tracey's tag by clicking HERE.

And here's my creation:

I love the look of the gold embossing on the black cardstock! I'm thinking this would be perfect for dressing up a bottle of wine or champagne to give to a holiday party host/hostess.

I definitely need to make more of these to have in my stash! Such a fun and easy packaging idea. You could even wrap the bottle in tissue paper before adding the tag and then tie on some curly ribbon.

What do you think?

Thanks for stopping by!
