Happy Thursday, blog friends! Popping in really quickly today to share a card I created using the most recent sketch over at Card Patterns Sketch Challenge! Here's the sketch:
My friend is expecting her first baby (a boy) in May and her baby shower is this weekend! So, I made this card for her. Since I'll be delivering the card/gift in person I don't have to worry about the extra bulk of the clothespin.
I just LOVE that little onesie from DeNami Design! It's so much fun to paper piece!!! All of the patterned papers are from the Snips and Snails Collection by Doodlebug Design---ADORABLE!!!
So...we've been living without TV for a couple of months now. We cancelled it in preparation for our upcoming ADVENTURE (more details on that coming soon). And honestly, I don't think we'll ever re-up our TV subscription. Might sound crazy, but this has been the best little discovery ever! We're not missing it AT ALL. We still watch movies (rented via Netflix), and that seems to be just perfect.

You make the cutest baby cards! Great approach to the sketch!
This is so cute, Lisa! I love the little wooden buttons and the clothespin. Thanks for joining us at Card Patterns!
I know what you mean about the TV--we gave it up last summer and never missed it. We got lots of movies and TV series at the library when we wanted to watch something (free is good!). But we had to get our service back in the fall when basketball and hockey season started again. ;)
How cute! I love the colors here. So glad you could play along with us on Card Patterns!
