Happy Friday!!! Just dropping by to share a card I created for the most recent Colour Q Challenge! Check out this FABULOUS color combo:
And here's my take:
I stamped the brand new Large Spring Basket image from DeNami Design onto a Rustic White cardstock panel. Then I embossed the entire panel with a plaid embossing folder before cutting the image out. LOVE IT!!!
Quick question for you, my fellow crafty peeps. This frequently happens to me---I no sooner finish a card and I see things that I wish I had done differently. For example, on this card, I now wish I had stamped the eggs in Rich Cocoa Memento (same as the basket) before coloring them. Seems SO OBVIOUS to me now...but while I was creating the card it didn't occur to me at all?!?! Does this happen to you too??? Do you end up re-creating the card/project or do you just let it go???

This is gorgeous, Lisa! I hear you on wishing I'd done things differently AFTER they are done. Do I re-do them? Depends on where it's going. If I'm just sending it out for family or friends, then I usually don't re-do it. But if it's for something that really counts (DT assignment or submission), then, yeah, I re-do it.

So beautiful Lisa! I usually try to redo my cards if there is an obvious mistake but often times they just sit there, and I give them to someone who might not have noticed...
