Today I'm sharing a card I made for the most recent CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge.
Here's the sketch:
And here's my take:
At a crafty retreat in March I had lots of fun playing with some of the Nuvo Glimmer Pastes. So fantastic!!! And I love how they sparkle! On this panel I've used Blue Topaz and Sapphire Blue with the On The Diagonal Stencil from MFT.
The "Awesome" die is a new to me purchase from Neat and Tangled. I absolutely LOVE it and can see already that I'm going to use it a lot!!!
One of my neighbor girlfriends just went through Fire Academy to become a volunteer firefighter with our mountain fire department. Last weekend she had her final tests, and she passed, so I made this card for her :) I'm so excited for her!!!
Thanks for stopping by!

Fabulous take on the sketch!
I love the ombre look of the glitter paste and how you reversed the strips. The awesome die is "awesome". Good for your friend for being a volunteer. That sounds like a hard job.
I just love how you used the sketch Lisa! Fabulous card! Congrats to your friend she will love this!
