Hello! I'm up on the DeNami Design Blog today sharing a fun little pillow box I created using a couple of the newest stamps from DeNami Design plus the handy dandy GF06 Small Pillow Box Template.

My mom’s birthday is coming up, and I needed to package up a gift card that we bought for her. My mom loves strawberry daiquiris (especially in the summertime), so I thought it would be cute to decorate my packaging with the daiquiri image from the NEW CL-PF74 Happy Cocktails set and the smiley strawberry image from the NEW CL-PF68 Happy Summer Fruit set. Here’s how it turned out:

To start, I cut the GF06 Small Pillow Box Template along the solid lines and scored along the dotted lines. Then, I flipped the template over, stamped the images and added color with markers. I die-cut the round tag from the PPPD16 Pretty Pink Posh Mini Tags Die Set from PC35 Magenta cardstock. I die-cut a smaller circle from white cardstock, stamped the daiquiri image, added color with markers and adhered it to the top of the magenta tag with foam tape. I assembled the pillow box, inserted the gift card, and then tied on the tag with some baker’s twine. To finish, I added some sparkle with a glitter pen. Here’s a closer look:
