Poppy Sketch #3

Hey there! It's time for a brand new sketch and "pop" of color over at Poppy Sketches!!! Check it out:

Awesome, right?!?! Well...it gets even better...this time around our sponsor is Lawn Fawn!!!

Lawn Fawn is one of my favorite stamp companies! I think their products are absolutely ADORABLE! I received the brand new Critters From The Past stamp set to work with for this challenge, and it is DARLING! (THANK YOU, Kelly Marie!!!!!)

Here's my creation:

Isn't that brontosaurus so super duper cute?!?! She totally makes me smile! I paper pieced her with plum pudding cardstock. I stamped a bunch of the leaves from the set onto two different shades of green cardstock, fussy cut them and then adhered them to the card (using foam tabs on a few for dimension). The kraft strip was embossed with diagonal stripes to add some fun texture.

What do you think???

Are you ready to play along? Hop on over to the Poppy Sketches Blog for all of the challenge details and to see my fellow DT girls' interpretations of this sketch and color combo----they are FANTASTIC!!!
