It's been far too long since I've played along in the Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge. So, I was excited to have some crafty time last night to create something for their January Designer Drafts Challenge! Here's the sketch:
My sweet crafty friend, Paulina (of Pretty Pink Posh), makes the most FABULOUS shaker cards! And ever since I watched her how-to video I've been wanting to make one. I thought this sketch presented the perfect opportunity to give this technique a go!
I used the Perpetual Bliss stamp set from Paper Smooches, which is sooooo super duper fun! I even stamped some coins from the set, cut them out and added them in with the sequins!
I had such a blast creating this card! Uh oh..watch out...could be some more of these shaker cards popping up on my blog in the near future!
Hope you like my card and feel inspired to play along in the Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge! The deadline is February 1st, so there's plenty of time to join in on the fun!
Thanks for stopping by!
