I fussy cut a bunch of these darling little wellies from patterned paper AGES ago, and they've been sitting in my craft studio ever since. I am totally guilty of hoarding little bits and pieces like this and have decided to make an effort to finally start putting these things to good use!!! I made this card and several others (which I'll share here on the blog soon)!
