Our neighbor and good friend recently had extensive back surgery, so I made this card for him.

Short post today as I am heading off to try my very first Bar Method workout with my friend, Rosemarie!!! I'm so excited!

Love this card. The embossed background is the perfect compliment to the tree and birds. Very nice. As for your workout - you go girl. A bar method workout sounds pretty intense. I'm off to google it....... You peaked my curiosity.

Hi, Love your card. Simple, but with a lot of thought. Your use of the woodgrain embossing is a brillant idea with the stamped image.
