February Calendar

Hi there! Here's my calendar page for February 2011!

Pretty much everything is handstamped, and I LOVE the way the calendar square with the days and dates easily slides out so I can use this panel again next year by simply updating that one little piece.

If you missed my January calendar page, you can see it HERE!

I hope you like my creation for today and feel inspired to make your own calendar pages!!!

One last thing before I go. As most of you know I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and my husband and I are HUGE Steeler fans! For the Super Bowl on Sunday, we'll be geared up in our Steeler attire, swinging our Terrible Towels, listening to the Steeler Polka, etc. We'll also be making our own Primanti's sandwiches. Primanti's is a "Burgh Thing." It's a restaurant that's famous for their sandwiches----meat, cheese, coleslaw and french fries piled high atop thick slices of fresh bread. Yes---you read that correctly---the fries and slaw are ON the sandwich! HA! Might sound a bit crazy, but trust me...they're really yummy! So, Tony and I will be frying up some ham, melting cheese on top, baking some Alexia fries, and making some coleslaw to build our own Primanti's sandwiches!!! Who's with us?????

HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO (clap, clap)!!!!

Lisa, you crack me up! :D I went to school in PA, one hr. north of Pittsburgh (Grove City College), and when the Seahawks (I'm from Seattle) played the Steelers in the SuperBowl, it was like life or death for everyone in the region. So I get it... kinda.

Also, I love your calendar--super cute (and so awesome that you can interchange it--score!!), and PRIMANTI'S sandwiches??? I totally miss french fries on my sandwich. Totally a PA thing.

I LOVE this calendar so much, Lisa! The colors are so striking and bold! You know I love your choice of stamps for this project.... :) Now I am totally wanting to create a calendar. How do you display your calendar? On your desk, wall, frame it?
