Shop 52 Denver - Nine: {The Paper Lady} and a GIVEAWAY!!!

Happy Monday, everyone, and welcome to the next installment of Shop 52 Denver! Today I'd like to introduce you to a fabulous little paper/stationery shop called The Paper Lady!!!

The Paper Lady is located on South Gaylord Street just across from Silk Road, which we visited last week! I was immediately drawn to the contrast of the black and white striped awning against the aqua colored bricks! Let's take a peek inside:

Like any paper crafter I absolutely LOVE visiting paper/stationery shops! I could honestly spend hours perusing the notecards, tablets, journals, tags, bags, ribbons, pens, etc.!! The Paper Lady carries a wide variety of all of these items as well as custom-order invitations, cards, and stationery.

I absolutely LOVE this little frame with the nails in it to hold the tags!!! Such a FUN display!

Baskets full of festive tags for all occasions!

As you can see, the shop is ready for Valentine's Day! I thought the card with the tools was a super sweet "man-card"!!!

And check out these little handstamped sacks!!! LOVE THESE! Aren't they ADORABLE?!?! They each contain little mini cards, tags, or stickers! When I saw these I was reminded that I have been wanting to try to carve my own stamped image(s) sometime!!! Just something super artsy-fartsy that I've wanted to do ever since my sweet blog friend, Tina (AKA: The Traveling Mama) tried it out way back in March of 2010!

The store sells LOTS of pretty notepads decked out in trendy images and gorgeous color combos!

The shelves are FULL of inspiring patterns, prints, layouts, colors, gift ideas, packaging, etc.!

So...what do you think of The Paper Lady? It sure did spark a bunch of creative ideas in my mind!!! And I KNOW I'll be heading back there in the future to shop!!!

Well, my friends, it's the end of January, and as promised I have a GIVEAWAY!!!! Just leave me a comment on this post, and I'll enter your name into a random drawing for the prize below!! If you comment on each of my previous Shop 52 Denver posts for the month of January, I'll enter your name an additional time for each of those comments!!! That means you can have UP TO 5 chances to win the prize!!!!

I purchased this wooden frame at Tomte.Modern Craft in Denver! It's so stinkin' cute and I just LOVE the rustic feel of it! It was handmade by Windmill Woodworks (also located in Denver) from reclaimed wood! Talk about some fantastic upcycling!!!

You have until Friday, February 4, 2011 at 11:59 PM (mountain time) to enter! I will announce the winner on Saturday, February 5th! Thanks for taking the time to visit me today and for your continued support of the Shop 52 Denver project!!! GOOD LUCK!

Ooh, I wonder where one could find those cute little canvas totes to CASE from, they are amazing! All of these projects featured today are amazing. I think you should ask if they handle commission work, your cards would fit in perfectly.
