Happy Friday! A couple of weeks ago the very talented Karen Baker was the Guest Designer over at "Do More With Less." She presented a wonderful tutorial on creating grid cards and then challenged the readers to try out the technique! You can check out the tutorial HERE! This is the card I came up with:
I used my newly purchased "Small Pear" stamp from DeNami Design and used a combination of paper-piecing (thanks, Michele, for that idea!!) and coloring to fill in the images! I created the sentiment with alphabet stamp sets and popped up the pear next to the sentiment to add a little dimension.
Here's a close-up:
It was a lot of fun making this grid card! I will definitely be making more of these in the near future! It's such a great way to use a single image!
Hope you have a PEAR-fect weekend! Thanks for stopping by!

Lisa, I cannot express how much I LOVE this card! I honestly didn't know if was our pears until I read the description- they look so different when they are paper pieced! You did a FABULOUS job (as usual) with your card design. :)
