TCP Tuesday!!!

At the beginning of October I won the "Haunted Hop" sponsored by The Cat's Pajamas (TCP)!! About a week later, the Kitty Kat Pack (including the Fright Night Clearly Swanky Set, Hocus Pocus Buttons, and Glitzy) arrived on my doorstep!!! I was THRILLED!!!!

The card above is my first creation with these newly acquired supplies AND my entry for my very first TCP Tuesday challenge! This week's challenge, hosted by Amy Rohl, was to use BUTTONS!! Oh, how I LOVE buttons!!! You can check out the challenge details at Amy's blog (HERE). Be sure to visit Alma's blog too (HERE) to see a slideshow of the current entries!

I made up the little poem for this card. "Boos, Hoos, and Bubbly Brews. That's what HALLOWEEN is made of!" (The second part of the poem is on the inside of the card. See photo below.) It's my spookish take on the old familiar "Snakes, Snails, and Puppy Dog Tails..."

Here are some detailed shots too. You can see my use of "Glitzy" from TCP on the witch's brew and on the ghosts' bow ties. "Glitzy" is sparkly German glass glitter! First time I've ever used it, and I'm digging it!!
And here's a detailed shot of the little owl. He's so darn cute, I just had to put him in the spotlight for a minute!!

Hope you like my Halloween card! I have plans to use these TCP supplies again to make some spooktacular goodies for family and friends!! I'll be sure to post photos!
