Birthday Wishes

Today I'm sharing a card I created using the sketch over at CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge as inspiration.

Here's the sketch:

And here's my take:

Our dear neighbor friend, Jimbo, is an avid sailor and he's about to celebrate his 70th birthday in March. I knew Stay Salty (by Julie Ebersole for Essentials by Ellen) would be a great fit for making the perfect birthday card for him. The inside greeting says: "May you be happier than a seagull with a stolen chip." I hope he gets a kick out it :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Have a fantastic weekend!
