I've been having a lot of fun creating background panels with Distress Oxide Inks :)
And I love this Shimmer Snowflake Frame from Birch Press Design!!! So gorgeous!!!

Such a lovely background and a beautiful snowflake frame! The blues are lovely together - a perfect backdrop for snowflakes and so cheerful!
