I needed to make an extra special card for my husband's birthday, and the color combo, photo, and DT samples at Color Throwdown 377 served as the perfect inspiration!!!
My husband is an avid hunter, so when I saw Lisa Henke's card (HERE), the mojo really started flowing. Thanks, Lisa!! I was also inspired by the wooden planks, scripty font, and geometric pattern. Here's my creation:
I hope my husband likes it!!!
Thanks for visiting! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Wow! A fantastic masculine card. I wouldn't have thought to use those for a masculine card, but it is truly amazing!

This is a fabulous masculine design! Love the sentiment on the vellum strip and the wood plank background panel. Thanks for joining us at The Color Throwdown!
He sure will love it. It has everything terrific for a male card, especially a hunter. I love the wood background.
