Lots of Hearts

Hello there, blog friends! I'm back today with a couple more Valentines I created based on this beautiful inspiration photo at Fusion Card Challenge:

Here's my take:

I created some masks (with dies and stamps) and then stamped the teeny heart image in three different colors of ink, concentrating most of the hearts around the masked shapes and then dispersing them further apart as I moved away from the masked shapes. I've seen this technique done with dots before and thought it would be fun to give it a try with hearts for Valentine's Day. These designs would be great for wedding and anniversary cards too.

Here's a closer look at each card individually:

Helpful Tip: I own three of these teeny heart stamps---that way I don't have to clean the stamp every time I switch ink colors and can quickly and easily add more of each color at will throughout the stamping process. It's a big time-saver for sure.

I had so much fun making these cards and hope you've enjoyed my post for today! Thanks a bunch for stopping by!

What a fabulous look!! I'm not sure I could do it - I'd be worried that about the 50th heart, I'd drop my stamp or smear the card or mess it up in some other way!
