Hello there and welcome to your final stop on DeNami Design's Valentine Blog Hop!!! If you're on track, you've arrived here from Amy Smidebush's super fun and creative blog! If not...no worries, you can head on over to the DeNami Design Blog for the complete list of participants!
I LOVE making Valentines, and this year I am determined to "spread the love" and send MORE Valentine's Day cards and treats to my friends and family!!! Let's face it...who doesn't LOVE to receive a handmade card/gift in the snail mail?!?! It's like a BIG bear (((hug))) from afar.
Well...enough chit-chat. Onto today's cards. I made two Valentines using the same layout but different stamps.
DeNami's "A"-sized stamps and Petit Four stamps are perfect for this technique! I simply die-cut the heart from a white cardstock panel. Then, I traced (lightly in pencil) the negative of the die-cut onto another panel of the exact same size. I stamped out the Teeny Heart image repeatedly within the penciled heart, erased the pencil lines, and adhered the two panels together. I stamped the sentiment, tied on some baker's twine and adhered the panels to a card front using adhesive foam. So easy!
Here's the second one:
...and a look at both cards together:
Thanks for hopping along with us today!
And remember...DeNami Design is giving away THREE twenty dollar gift certificates (TWO to random commenters and ONE to a random participant), so be sure to leave a comment on this post as well as each participant's blog for a chance to win! What an ideal way to get some of those newly released DeNami Design goodies!!!
