Pin-spired With DeNami Design

Hey there! It's time to get "Pin-spired" with DeNami Design! Check out this summery fun photo Paulina found for us on Pinterest:

I was inspired by the bright and happy colors as well as the citrus fruits themselves. Here's my creation:

I thought it would be fun to use one of DeNami's citrus stamps to create rows of colorful scallops along the bottom of my card. Success???

I began by drawing three faint pencil lines. Then I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig tool to help me line up and stamp out the rows (lining up the top half---the flat part---of the fruit slice against my pencil lines).

I finished the card off by erasing my pencil lines, stamping a simple sentiment, rounding the bottom corners, and tying on some baker's twine (to pull in the green from the inspiration photo).

I hope you like my card for today! Thanks for stopping by!

Be sure to check out the DeNami Design Blog to see how my fellow DT gals were inspired by this same photo! It's always so much fun to see the different interpretations!
