Compose a Card with Becky # 4

Here's a card I created for the most recent "Compose a Card with Becky" design challenge. The uber talented Becky Oehlers is the hostess of these challenges, and they are SUCH A BLAST!!! Every Tuesday Becky provides a card recipe (such as the one below), and your challenge is to design a card or project following that recipe! And that's not all!!! She also provides an inspiration photo, a video, and music to go along with the whole deal! Like I said...A TOTAL BLAST!!!

Here's the recipe for this week:

And, here's my card:

I was really pleased with the way this card turned out! These are two images that I would have never put together had it not been for this challenge. You see...that negative stamp image is the ONLY negative stamp I currently own :) And I don't think I've used it in YEARS!!! I think it was very happy to get inky again :)

The dots inside the squiggly circles are RAIN DOTS (Cloud 9 Design). Here's a close-up:

What do you think? I have lots of friends and family with birthdays at the end of February and throughout March, and I think I know the perfect person to send this one to.

Have a GREAT weekend!

Great card! Isn't it fun to use stamps that haven't been used in a while? I have so many like that.....

So glad that you're updating your blog more often. :) I always love seeing what you create and reading what you have to say!

Lisa...thanks for the wonderful comment on my blog! I love your card and with the addition of the rain dots, it finishes it so nicely!
Let's cheer for both hockey teams....team north america...as many of our favorite players are on both teams (NHL) it's hard to decide! It might be the strongest goalie for the win! Enjoy the game!
